As an in-house designer there are a lot of asks that come with caring for a brand. I covered a brand refresh, sales, advertising materials as well as creating infographics and educational materials. Handling multiple campaigns and maintaining the day to day needs is called for on a daily basis.

Unveiling the Essence

From Familiar to Fresh

As pH-D Feminine Health embarks on a new chapter in its evolution, the brand finds itself at a critical juncture. With a long history and reputation to uphold, the design team must balance the need to modernize and refresh the brand with the importance of maintaining its established identity. The current look is still recognizable, but it feels dated and in need of a revamp. By losing some of the elements that make it feel dated like the gradients, and large multiple color blocks we can make the brand feel more modern without losing the core of the identity.

To achieve this delicate balance, we conducted extensive consumer research and testing to understand the target audience's preferences, concerns, and aspirations. We also explored various design themes and color combinations to ensure that the new look effectively communicates the brand's message and meets the needs of its customers.

We discovered that the new look should not only be clean and modern but also convey a sense of approachability, trust, and authority. The team explored various color palettes, typography, and design elements to find the perfect combination that would resonate with the target audience. We conducted extensive testing to ensure that the new look would stand out on shelves, online, and in-store.

We also made significant changes to the brand's messaging and hierarchy, creating clearer pathways to key information and more prominent calls-to-action. This overhaul aims to create a more intuitive and user-friendly experience for customers, making it easier for them to explore and engage with the brand.
